The 2023 Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES) is open until 9am on Wednesday 31 May and we invite all eligible students to take part.
All postgraduate students should have been sent an email with a link to take you directly to complete the survey online (with reminder emails sent on Tuesdays).
What is the PTES and why should I complete it?
The PTES gathers insights from postgraduate students on their teaching and learning experience. At 51Âþ» we are committed to maintaining a positive student experience and we really value your feedback.
More than 120 UK universities are involved in the PTES, which is supported by AdvanceHE. Its results are also used to guide national policy and develop the postgraduate experience across the Higher Education sector. All data is held anonymously.
What’s in the survey?
The PTES only takes around 15 minutes to complete and includes the following topics:
- Teaching and learning
- Assessment and feedback
- Dissertation or final project
- Organisation and management
- Learning resources
- Skills and personal development
- Overall satisfaction
- Students’ motivations for taking their course
Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. Your participation is of great value and we appreciate your time and help with this.
The PTES is available until 9am on Wednesday 31 May 2023.
