We can’t wait to welcome new and returning students to campus this autumn. Ahead of your arrival, we wanted to let you know when you can expect to see your timetable via the ‘My Timetable’ tile on the My51Âþ» dashboard.

Timetable release dates:
- New and returning undergraduate students: Friday 15 September, after 9am
- Postgraduate taught students: Sunday 1 October

All returning students must re-register in order to receive their timetable. If you have not done this yet, please do so as soon as possible.

How do I re-register?
Re-registering for returning students is simple and should only take ten minutes. Please log on to My51Âþ» and click on the ‘Register Here’ tile, then select the 2023/24 registration tile. You will then be asked to check and update your personal information as part of the process to confirm your intention to return to 51Âþ» for 2023/24. It’s really important you check all of your information is up to date.
Students who are receiving assessment results on Thursday 14 September will be invited to re-register on Friday 15 September. You must wait for the invitation to re-register, otherwise we will be unable to progress your registration.

Timetable tips and FAQs:
Undergraduate timetables are due to go live from 9am on Friday 15 September. If yours isn’t visible then, please check again later, as it can take a little while for all of them to appear.
If you are still having problems accessing your timetable, try some of these tips:
- Try accessing your timetable on a desktop or a different device if possible.
- Make sure you have logged out and back in to the My 51Âþ» app to refresh it.
- 2023/24 teaching begins from Monday 2 October. Make sure you are looking at the correct weeks.
I cannot access My51Âþ» at all

I can’t see my timetable on My51Âþ»
If you have re-registered and tried the tips above and you still cannot see your timetable, please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre.
I think there’s an error in my timetable
Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre as they may need to amend your student record.
I want to change modules
You need to contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre. They will provide you with a form to complete, which will need the signature of the accepting module leader. The form will then need to be processed, this can take up to five days for your revised timetable to then be available. Module changes can only be considered during weeks 1 and 2.
I want to change teaching groups
Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre to discuss your options.
I’m entering directly into year 2/3 and I haven’t had my timetable yet
Most students in this situation will receive their timetable as a new student on Thursday 28 September.
