The Estates & Facilities Directorate is large and diverse, employing circa 300 people, ranging from plumbers, engineers, carpenters, cleaners, porters, leisure centre assistants, ​to property management professionals, architects, project officers, CAD, space management, sustainability and energy and administrative personnel.
