The Partnership Team at Leicester Tigers have kindly pulled together a virtual wellbeing programme for all students at 51Âþ».
Leicester Tigers have recognised the current Covid-19 situation is very difficult for everyone, and it has taken a big toll on everyone's wellbeing. They hope the wellbeing sessions provided will allow all students at 51Âþ» to focus on their personal development and encourage positivity at a very hard time.
This programme will run over the course of the next six weeks, with a session being made available to you every two weeks.
Below are the dates new sessions will be released:
- Friday 15 January - Wellbeing Session, Yoga with Chrissie Homer (Outsourced Yoga Instructor)
- Friday 29 January - Nutrition Session, With Simon Wallis (Performance Nutritionist at Leicester Tigers)
- Friday 12 February - Fitness Session, With Adam Greenslade (Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Leicester Tigers)

The sessions will be available from the date listed above and will be available for one month.
