Its flats have four, seven or 10 bedrooms, with each including a shared bathroom (two toilets and two showers per flat, 1 toilet and shower in 4 bedroom flat). Allocated car parking spaces for students with a disability are also available.

Communal areas of flats, including toilets and showers, are cleaned and students have access to a coinless laundry room.
Internet broadband is provided by Glide (upgrades to the basic package are available).

Student Residence Parking
Students staying in Bede and New Wharf have the opportunity to apply for a resident’s parking permit.
There are only a limited number available and as such they are granted on a first come
first served basis.
- The permit will cost £717.50
- The permit is valid for the duration of your accommodation contract
- Application is via the online booking system once you have confirmed your accommodation booking
