Decolonising 51Âþ»­

A focus on decolonising the curriculum alone is too narrow, so we are taking a bold step in looking to engage in a broader process of decolonisation across the whole institution. This demonstrates our commitment to directly tackling racial disadvantage and discrimination within the sector.

We champion, promote and celebrate the diversity of our staff and students. People perform better when they can see other people like them in similar roles they aspire to. It's these role models who help to show others from underrepresented groups they that can be themselves and achieve their goals.
