Entry to the 51Âþ» Music scholarships programme is via competitive process:

  1. Application form
  2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to audition

Due to the ongoing circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, auditions are by video recording this year.

Former 51Âþ» Music scholar, Molly Bennett said: “Having the opportunity to complete the music scholarship alongside my studies helped me to develop an array of transferable skills that I have been able to put into practice throughout my degree.

"It provided me with the opportunity to have training from an established industry professional, experience in a professional industry led audition and the opportunity to hold my own professional music recital.

"The entire experience was invaluable, and I am so very grateful for such a fantastic opportunity.”

Please email music@dmu.ac.uk for an application form. The deadline to submit your application is Friday 6 November 2020 at 5pm.
