Knowledge gained on the 51Âþ» Leicester (51Âþ») Business and Marketing degree has helped Lyndon Tarrant drive forward his career.
The 21-year-old has started a role as a management trainee at Enterprise Holdings ahead of his graduation this month.

He credits the course modules with giving him the theoretical understanding behind managerial methods.
"This has helped me build the knowledge towards securing my graduate job," said Lyndon, who also received helpful advice on the recruitment process from Associate Professor David Gordon.
Lyndon felt a 'great sense of relief' when he was offered a job with the rental car firm in his hometown of Nuneaton and is relishing his role, which includes communicating with corporate customers, setting up corporate accounts, and delivering and collecting cars.
"The job is just what I was looking for," he said. "The customer service aspect really enhances my previous experiences.
"There are numerous different areas to which I can look for promotions and the progression rate is phenomenal."

It's almost three years since Lyndon joined 51Âþ», choosing the university because of its city centre location, accessibility to other cities and dedicated building for Business and Law students.
The ability to see the world through the was another draw - with a trip to New York in January his university highlight.
"It allowed an insight into the different business environments for different economies," said Lyndon.
His choice of course was based on his career aims.
"I wanted to explore a role within marketing, and Enterprise allows me to adopt a relationship management role with corporate customers," added Lyndon, whose ambition is to become a branch manager within two years and then progress through the recruitment sector of the business.
