Hi everyone, I am Greg. From childhood I aspired to become fit and strong, however I was lacking proper guidance and commitment, so I always gave up training. I thought only a few press-ups a day will make me look like the Rock, but obviously it did not. I have failed to reach my goals attempts after attempts.
Eventually I realised it's not that simple and easy. After years of proper research and studies, also commitment and consistency got me where I wanted to be. Fitness became my full-time obsession and changed my life for the good.
The fitness industry can be confusing and it's easy to get lost. We all had these questions in mind: how do I lose weight? How do I build muscle? Can I lose weight and build muscle at the same time? and so on. I went through the same and I am here to help, so you don’t have to waste your time. Let's be honest, personal training is not cheap and just like with driving lessons, you don't want the instructor to sit next to you on the passenger seat forever. If you are just starting out on fitness, my goal will be to get you to a level where you able to work out on your own confidently and consistently, using correct techniques. I will also provide you with a programme to follow designed for your goals and advise you on diet.

Level 2 Gym Instructing
