Victoria assists the Innovation Centre manager in the day-to-day operational requirements of the Centre, provides administration support and manages the tenant companies during their residency.

The Innovation Centre offers incubation space for small and medium sized start-up businesses from the local area. It also offers networking and business support provision, hot-desk facilities, and meeting room hire. Students and Graduates are encouraged to use the building’s facilities, both through structured programmes such as the Enterprise Inc. programme and 51Âþ»­’s Enterprise Society, or for their own enterprise-related activity. 

Victoria has worked at the Innovation Centre for the past 15 years and has extensive knowledge of the building and University processes.  Previous to working at 51Âþ»­, Victoria started her career in a finance role at a Leicestershire hosiery firm.
