Theo was awarded a BPharm (Hons) degree from Kwame Nkrumah University in Ghana after graduating with a first class in 1996. Following that, he gained his professional registration and developed a career in pharmacy practice, medical sales, and prescribing support.
In 2005, Theo registered as a practising pharmacist in the UK and developed a practice in community pharmacy. He currently works part-time supporting patients with their health improvement efforts and helping them to optimise the use of medicines.
Current research interests are in exploring ways to improve the quality and safety of health services, especially within clinical pharmacy practice. He is also investigating methods to understand how clinical computer systems could be used to better support delivery of pharmacy services.
