I am a positive, proactive and result-driven individual with records of experience in various academic and non-academic roles. I possess excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and coordinating skills as well as the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. I enjoy being part of my immediate community and strive to contribute to its development. I thrive and take pleasure in any challenging academic and working environment. My dual optimism is that I possess the skills, knowledge, expertise, competence and experience required to deliver beyond expectation; and taking up new challenges enough to spur me to greater heights and growth.

1. I am a co-investigator on the project titled “African sharing models of entrepreneurship: Towards a Pragmatic Indigenous African Entrepreneurship Model (IAEM)”. The project is currently funded by the governments of France and South Africa for two years (2023 – 2024).

1. The 9th Annual California Entrepreneurship Educators Conference (April 29, 2022). I participated in the Entrepreneurship Mindset and Entrepreneurship and the Disadvantaged sessions.
2. As a distinguished speaker, I delivered a presentation titled: Business graduates’ work readiness within the context of Industry 4.0; at the 2nd African International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (December 7 – 10, 2020): Harare, Zimbabwe (hosted by University of Zimbabwe).
3. I delivered a lecture on Manuscript writing & Research Dissemination at the 2019 Global Health Trial Network (Nigeria Faculty) Workshop held on November 30, 2019, at National Trauma Centre, Abuja, Nigeria.

1. Reposition Nigeria’s Maritime Industry (2021 – 2023). A collaboration project between the Industrial Training Fund (the Research & Curriculum Development Department) and the University of Jos. Our current project focuses on the Assessment of Current and Future Skills in Nigeria's Maritime Industry to highlight policy and strategic issues for repositioning the industry.
2. Nigerian Agro-Allied Outlook, 2018. Interagency collaboration between the Industrial Training Fund (the Research & Curriculum Development Department) and the University of Jos. We surveyed skills gaps and opportunities in the value chain of the agro-allied sector of Nigeria.
3. City of Cape Town Research. In collaboration with Dr Pradeep Brijlal and Mrs Albertina Jere, I worked on the data analysis and report on a project titled: Exploring unemployed women’s economic survival in Khayelitsha: what they prefer & can be supported to do? The project was done between 2016 and 2017.
