Max Dike is a Lecturer in Business Management at the School of Leadership, Management, and Marketing of the Faculty of Business and Law, Leicester Castle Business School (LCBS), 51Âþ» (51Âþ»), Leicester, United Kingdom.
Max has a PhD in International Business (IB) from the Aalto University School of Business in Espoo, Finland, and he focused his doctoral research on exploring the cross-border expansion and competitive interaction strategies of mobile network operators (MNOs) in Sub-Saharan (Africa). After the completion of his PhD studies, Max pursued his post-doctoral (postdoc) research at the Higher School of Economics (HSE) of the National Research University (NRU), St. Petersburg, Russia.
Max teaches various modules in the combined areas of IB and Strategy at both the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels. He also supervises UG- and PG-level dissertations. His research interest cuts across various domains of IB, Management, and Strategy and he combines both qualitative and quantitative methods in his research, which focuses mainly on exploring competitive interaction and internationalisation strategies in emerging (and developing) markets.
Max has published in several journals in IB and Strategy.
