Manjinder began her accounting career in a family owned accountancy practice, whilst studying ACCA and gradually nurtured managerial responsibilities in running the practice. Engagement with local stakeholders at district society meetings and conferences allowed Manjinder to develop good links and collaborations with the education and training sector. This inspired Manjinder to combine her professional work experience with teaching, training and development skills.
Manjinder is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with over 30 years' experience of teaching accounting and finance subjects. She has taught in Further and Higher Education as well as corporate training providers, where she acquired the skills to develop and deliver teaching materials for the classroom, remote and virtual learning environments.
Prior to joining the School of Accounting, Finance and Economics at 51Âþ», Manjinder was a Lecturer in Accounting at 51Âþ» International College. Since joining 51Âþ», Manjinder has attained Fellowship to Higher Education Academy (FHEA) to endorse her skills and experience in teaching and learning in Higher Education.
