Kelly joined 51Âþ» in 2014 working in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences where she managed the mandatory nursing placements. Since 2018, she has enjoyed working with students on the MBA (Global) to source and write business research projects and has been a strong advocate and champion of student employability.
Kelly is passionate about work-based learning and enhancing the student experience. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has witnessed the transformative power of experiential learning. Her background in placements and business research projects has provided a strong foundation and expertise in bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
Since March 2024, Kelly has been working as a Lecturer in Work-Based Learning and Development and is responsible for guiding and assessing Senior Leaders on their Level 7 Apprenticeship (Business Administration)
