Ian joined 51Âþ» in September 2019 and has worked in HE for over 9 years in teaching and tutoring roles in both Business & Law and Engineering Faculties. His research focuses mainly on social impacts of student professional development, the effects of professional development on student career success, and the graduate labour market. He is particularly interested in the strategic development of embedded curricular pedagogy that supports the growth of individual cohorts Graduate Outcomes and students Career and Employability success, for which he has been recognised for his success. Ian currently teaches subjects centred on professional development and career development theory and practices.
